don't join this company unless you are jobless
Pros
no pros as such if you don't have any option in life then you can join this company it doesn't have jobs .It has contractor jobs which comes and goes any second.
Cons
1) no job security client will tell you give KT you have 1 week left your manager will not even know that your contact is getting over. 2) no pay in notice period. 3) they can hold your current month salary and put you on bench and will not release you will not pay you. 4) poor hr the employee resolution team and India hr are useless they sleep won't respond to you, won't pick your calls will take forever to get you released. 5) if pay you need to send screenshot of timesheet to hr to get your salary if you miss they won't pay you. 6) ho paternity leave no leaves as such just 1 leave per month. 7) no leaves will get paid to you if you leave. 8) they won't give you offer letter sinse this all is mentioned there you will not join so they won't give you offer letter till last day. 9) it's not service based company it's a company to provide contractors.
