Very Low compensation

Pros

Quick hiring process, good reputed clients

Cons

Highly biased. They recruit new, highly experienced immigrants (new recruiters) to get the work done and pay very low salaries. The base compensation is 45K (all the new immigrants were paid this salary), and the commission is horrible. Nobody explains to you how the commission is structured. They made me deliver in a higher role without increasing my pay. There is no discussion about career growth and development, nor did our team receive any training. A bad work culture where the focus is more on how many hours you work. No regular check-ins from managers. If you leave work at 5 pm, they would ask you, "Do you work in a bank?"
