Pros

Pay is great and ability to work from home... this is awesome.

Cons

Benefits are awful, management is clueless and lacking, very disorganized. Astonishing lack of communication. What ever they tell you your schedule will be, be prepared for it to change. If the work slows down your hours will be cut with a loss of pay. Very little formal training, be prepared to train yourslef

Pros

Checks were on time! Communication during the hiring process was good

Cons

When the contract was over, they just drop you like a bag of sheet. I knew there were similar positions in Experis, but they did not bother to offer them to me. They'd rather let you go than reemploy you! Actually they are loosing good work power because of that!
