Pros

if i could give zero stars, I would.

Cons

Bret Donovan could be the most childish, incompetent manager that there ever was. I have never met a more vindictive person in my entire life. Not only does his HUGE ego get in the way of everyday decisions, but he has the complete inability to Manage people. A manager is supposed to take responsibility and lead, Bret blames and takes advantage. DO NOT work in Atlanta for this company, they are going to fail and close soon. Bret may be the biggest issue, but not the only one. the Regional is also very ego driven and a Misogynist.

Pros

location is in a great spot for lunch options and office building is very nice.

Cons

office culture is toxic...recruiters come here to end or stall their careers lack of sense of urgency and "work hard, get rewarded" feel within the Chicago team account managers playing favorites with recruiters the midwest market leader cares about more hitting SLA's and impressing people than the developing the people under him, there is a lack of organization / disconnect from upper management to account managers to recruiters (nobody is skill aligned or location aligned lack of development for employees (only way to develop yourself is on your own or to hopefully gain something from the terrible presentations put on from other employees on topics they researched an hour before hand) account managers do not drive new business.....i hope you know how to recruit on large VMS vendor lists because that's a large portion of their accounts most deals (within the chicago office) are extremely margins and do not allow recruiters to make decent commission (anything over $500) CORE Recruiters vs Regular Recruiter - zero candidate ownership, -working on a different commission structure, which forces their recruiting style to drastically affect the regular recruiters ability to recruit on popular skill sets without having CORE interfering with your candidates your working with...and their manager at headwaters in Milwaukee and the Midwest Market Leader will not help you overcome this I was at Experis (Chicago Office) for over a year and my biggest issue was the Midwest Market Leader. From his lack of leadership and development to his lack of follow-up and follow through on things is just unbearable to see witness and be affected by first hand. I would highly suggest to stay away from this place unless your planning on ending your career or you simply like to "get by".

Pros

There is absolutely no pros for this place.

Cons

Blame contractors for everything; the moment there's anything, no matter how small, that can make them look bad, they'll immediately throw you under the bus. Got an opinion that's different than theirs? Get ready to be "terminated". The only way you can survive there is to keep your mouth shut and your head down. They're only looking for robots who do what they're told, who has no guts to stand up for themselves. Say anything about management and you'll be terminated but if management wants to call you a slave, then it's completely fine. Want an apology for that? You'll be terminated. Their so called "employee appreciation" means bring your own food and drink to a location they choose and do that AFTER work hours. They'll promise you a raise/ promotion KNOWING there's no way they can give it to you (because of some contract complications that I can't talk about). They'll keep promising you for years and trust me it will NEVER happen.
