Pros

There are some great and talented people that start out working at Experis. Because of this, the good people move up quickly and soon leave because of the connections they make at various studios. Networking and learning the Quality Assurance side of the gaming industry is solely the best reason to work at this company.

Cons

Barely above minimum wage pay for testers, poor raise systems in place, no incentives, poor benefits packages, no company events, no morale boosts (other than an email with some pictures and surveys). You can't even attempt to support a family, let alone yourself and afford a place to live unless you are in upper management roles.

Pros

People are wonderful to work with, environment is very inclusive and nice, great if you're good with tech and Windows

Cons

Extreme lack of organization on all levels, higher ups are all numbers driven and aren't helpful, some higher ups stalk chats to watch for productivity, base pay is low and they won't raise it, morale is very low due to all of the above.
