Pros

None, I cannot recommend whatsoever

Cons

The leadership is all women … they take DEI waaayyyyy to far. They fired or pushed out all the male leadership. Someone shot report them to the justice department. The current administration would have a field day. Client bills are late consistently. Commissions are incorrect and are not paid in a timely manner.

Extremely low pay

Pros

Potential to be on a very cool project, and get an inside look at the games industry, your team in the office has the potential to be very chill. Once you walk out the door, work is left behind. No one will contact you after hours to work extra shifts etc.

Cons

Pay is extremely low, benefits are expensive, you get the sense that management treats everyone like highschoolers. You can be laid off at a moments notice. Union busters, out of touch C suite working from home while you're force in office.

Pros

Unfortunately, there are no positives when it comes to working for Experis in Atlanta. There's been some good people along the way, but most learn the landscape rather quickly and look to move on.

Cons

Poor leadership, not only in Atlanta, but also at the Executive Level. This has created a tremendous amount of turnover, not only within Atlanta but all throughout the company. Churn and Burn. Revolving Door. Heavy KPI driven sales environment that's lead by a Managing Director that's never even sold before. There's constant change in direction, as she's always pulling levers to try to make something work. Leads from behind. Sits in her office with the doors closed most days. Not approachable. She does not have the best interest in hand for any of her individual contributors. The team feels as if she likes the idea of being in leadership, but doesn't actually want to do what's necessary to actually be a successful leader.
