Pros

What pro? They gaslight employees, belittle them and have lost their founding vision of a test company founded by testers.

Cons

Benefits are trash, medical costs many times more than state exchanges. Management gaslights employees. Deceptive recruitment promising job roles not actually available.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

The recruiters are pushy to the point of rudeness. When I didn't respond to an email within a few minutes, they were texting and calling. When I had a medical procedures, they were still calling, texting, and emailing.

Pros

Good beginner experience if you have no experience at all. Expect to be more salary-driven.

Cons

The commission structure is horrible. Power tripping account managers and directors who can't retain good clients and can't manage their clients' expectations. Expect to have your commissions split, with other recruiters in your group. Expect to work ridiculous hours on meaningless roles ( including weekends, federal holidays). Working hard for account managers who don't care.
