Decent Pay and benefits Great location downtown by the Milwaukee River Fun and dynamic setting, not boring Nice cafeteria and fairly priced meals Free Parking in the Lot

Unequal and disrespectful treatment of employees by management Threatening to fire you if they are unpleased with your performance Not providing sufficient, practical, and accurate trainings Untimely and unreliable promises of promotion and career advancement or transition from one department to the other Inconsistent systems and communication Unrealistic expectations Micromanagement

Great opportunities with big names like J.P Morgan Chase & Co.

Cons

Once off completed with a contract some recruiters do not follow up to offer new contracts . Be aware! Bi-weekly pay schedule, not enough earn potential!

Cons

... senior management is inconsistent and short sighted. No investment in infrastructure or people. Pockets of discriminatory practices, especially with pay inequity.
