Pros

Worst company no pros in this company. If you see any good comment in this site ...that is posted by them . No one will prize this company.

Cons

Worked for 1.8 months, don't expect experience certificate, relieving letter and last month salary. They don,t pay full and final settlement to any employee. After serving of notice period also. And this company never provide reliving letter to any employee. They will show income tax TDS deduction to government and they don't pay last month salary. If you have any extra leave balance forget about those things. if you search in Internet various sites you will get only negative talk only.

Pros

This company is fantastic. They have a full proof training program that sets you up for success from day one. Experis is always looking for ways to incorporate you into their goals moving forward and they have your best intentions in mind. I would absolutely work here again.

Cons

Depending on the location and vertical you work within, there is a not a lot of room for growth. With that being said, they do keep a close watch on you to make sure you are progressing as planned.

Pros

There really are no pros of working for this organization. If I had to put something, I would say they do offer training for people with little to no recruiting or sales experience, but right as I was leaving there was a proposal to discontinue the program. May be a good position for a college grad.

Cons

-Low compensation, non-competitive commission grid -Extremely poor leadership at a branch level. Some branches are run with zero visibility or oversight leading to significant problems. -Poor culture and no changes made from the results of their employment engagement surveys -Recruiters are treated poorly compared to Account Managers -Little to no room for growth
