average working environment on this company.

Cons

I served more than 3 months notice in Experis but after 6 month of relieving they have not provided me experience letter and my last month salary. I called many times and emailed but no reply. Do not join this company.

Pros

Full time pay but no raises or employee reviews. So it's really a negative.

Cons

No raises. Many excuses for no raise. Bad management. No leadership. Managers have zero technical knowledge on your job and daily duties. Don't fill out their survey when emailed. It is not anonymous and will get you in trouble.

Salary on Time 5 days working ( however you have to work on saturday's too ...) Will get a chance for client interaction

Cons

Team Manager : Worst ( lack of team management skills , non- supportive , no ethics , always irritated ) Manager : Biased ,Lack of managerial skill ... Work culture : Very Poor ( non- supportive colleagues )
