      Pros

      I feel valued and appreciated by my team. I am encouraged to hit metrics, but not bogged down by them. Commission structure is fair and you really can make a lot of money if you put in the time. Work/Life balance is great, they understand that you have a life outside of the office. We are supported by management and I feel like there is a clear career path for me at Experis.

      Cons

      I would love better technology and more access to job boards There is a lot of turnover/reassignment within the back office teams which can get a little confusing when figuring out who to go to for what.

      Pros

      Lots of experience within senior management. Good compensation package. Strong set of recruiting tools. Solid business development managers with lots of company access.

      Cons

      Poor overall structure and leadership communication. No attempt at retention of talented individuals. Lack of consistent training and zero accountability.

      Great set up and onboard system really easy to work with and get set up very great representatives who help out the process

      Cons

      Short Term Assignments that sometimes don't last that long make you rethink if you should take a longer assignment or shorter
