Pros

Good location, friendly coworkers. We have a "we are in this together" attitude. The cafeteria downstairs is nice. Lots of great restaurants nearby to grab something to go. Occasionally they have fun things like "potluck" but its only every few months or so.

Cons

Slow moving accounts which adds up to little to no commission. Management does not seem to care about the individual, only about making money. Absolutely inflexible with work from home, even though recruiters have almost no meetings unless they are in trouble. On occasion you must put in mandatory overtime and do not receive compensation. No summer hours.

Pros

Extensive experience across a range of sectors and clients. Many of the staff have been with the business for many years.

Cons

Some areas of team management weaker than others.

We really appreciate your feedback. I'm glad to see you recognise our market expertise, which we feel sets us apart from competitors. Our people are very important to us and we do all we can to ensure we retain top talent - creating a positive and supportive work environment, opportunities for up-skilling and career development and rewarding good work. We've invested a lot in training and coaching managers over the last year, so it's disappointing to see your comments around this. We encourage everyone to talk with their line managers regularly about their training and development needs, along with their wider career goals. We can then offer support accordingly and help people discover their personal best.

Pros

Great company if you are on the sales or recruiting side. You can make a lot of money. Your pay is based on how hard you work.

Cons

Very tall company, so many managers. No long term plan for growing people.
