Pros

Ability to provide clients with a variety of solutions. Great leadership and well positioned for direction of industry into the future.

Cons

Collaboration across brands is improving, but heading in right direction. Growth has been flat in some areas which in turn limits ability to invest.

Pros

I have a job and the reps are nice I guess.

Cons

A lot of miscommunication about the what the role would be and the compensation. I had an issue with time card and when I called in I got transferred to 3 different people because nobody seemed to understand my issue.

Pros

Paid lunch, relaxed atmosphere (depending on the week)

Cons

No opportunity for advancement, Salary is capped for at $40K/yr unless you work heavy OT, Micromanagement is very common, taking PTO is frowned upon, commission for placing consultants is very low, HR regulations are virtually non-existent
