Pros

you get paid every week

Cons

there are so many things wrong, they dont mimic the company they work for, they offer no vacation day. They offer a very bad medical benefit. They dont pay for the same holiday as the company they send you to work for. The worst thing is that they tell you that you can bank 48 hours of sick day but can ony use 24. No sense at all
