      Pros

      If you getting job and having less percentage in academic but have good knowledge of SQL,UNIX then join this company. You will be deployed to client location, I have been deployed to IBM, hinjewadi office on Idea cellular project. You will get good exposure of learning in SQL,UNIX and working in production environment depends on which project or applications team your are assigned or hire for. E2E knowledge of telecom domains depends on How curious you are in learning new skill.

      Cons

      Salary is very less. No proper shift management. Work culture is not good.

      Pros

      I worked with Experis for over 3 years. Its a great company with good benefits and commision scheme. Good place for someone who wants to work hard and grow in career + make money.

      Cons

      Immediately management was very poor, lack of goals and drive.
