Pros

The usual pros of a large firm, quality resources, strong client relationships, financial stability

Cons

Commission plan was changed in a manner that negatively impacted more senior recruiters significantly. They then replaced all of the senior recruiters who left after this with people off the street with no recruitment background leading to a culture of micro management for all employees.
