The people at Experis make it a great place to work!

Cons

Management has diluted product offerings and a lot of quality people have left in the past 2 years. A lot of cost cutting measures have change to overall company dynamic.

None that I can see.

Cons

The on-boarding process is extremely incompetent and ridiculous for their contractors. They demanded access to all financial accounts even though the job didn't require it. The company that is supposed to do the background checks couldn't do it due to "known problems" with their software. Continuously hounded by the on-boarders for unneeded documentation or signed and submitted documents that they say they didn't get. NOT WORTH IT. Call another vendor company and submit to the job via them.
