Pros

-The company has a lot of great guidance and opportunities. -There was never a point I've seen anybody not feel welcome or appreciated. -There are people literally paid to represent you and improve your work environment within the company. That is actively their job. -Paid weekly! -You get paid for 1hr of "self improvement time" /wk to build yourself as a person and work toward the goals you yourself want to achieve. -Throughout the COVID crisis they have done nothing but be supportive of the employees; give advice on how to stay healthy, require morale events weekly, etc...

Cons

-Part of a fortune 500 so there can be a lot of yellow tape for things that should be simple such as setting up direct deposit. -Starting pay is fairly low, but livable. -First promotions can take longer than you'd expect.

Pros

-Full-time work -Open to feedback -Management is very amiable and open -The workplace is like a family -Connections available to find work outside of this company should you decide to move on.

Cons

Only thing I can think of is layoffs are possible when projects come to a close, but this is an industry standard and not characteristic of Experis. It is worrisome to have that possibility loom over you but there have been cases where people happen to be laid off one day then asked to come back a few days later. This company and its management are not heartless. If they need to make the hard decision to let a certain amount of people go, they will discuss long and hard about who will be picked and it's not based on only testing metrics. Many factors are considered before the decision is made.

Pros

-Medical, Dental, Life, 401k and other benefits available to you either 30 days after you start or immediately (I forget which). -Everybody from management to my facility manager, to my co-workers have been very nice and professional. -Everybody (myself included) seems to love to come into work every weekday. -You get to know who upper level management is, they may even stop by to hang out. (they just want to say hi, really!) -Full time (I need FT, so its a Pro for me) -Casual dress code: basically wear some kind of shirt/blouse, pants/dress/shorts/skirt/kilt and some shoes and don't smell bad.

Cons

-Not great pay ($11/hr for me as a TA 1) -Overtime is on an as-needed basis. -Thats all I can think of now, if I think of more, I will try to update this review.
