Pros

Most fun I've had at a job, ever. Working with a big team of smart, creative, and interesting peers. Daily trainings on various topics, getting paid to learn. Professional Development - each year you get more responsibility and you can push to work on more projects.

Cons

Part-time only, not too many hours. Pay is low, especially for the Bay Area, and the work we do is critical to the museum. Should be paid more. Health benefits are only given during the school year, not during the summer. They do not consider how hard this is for employees with chronic illness, disabilities, or people in need of continuous care.
