Good benefits. Fun place. Staff are interested in science and art. One of the perks of the jobs is getting to visit the museum for free, along with other museums.

Cons

As a Frontline Associate in guest services, retail, and membership it is next to impossible to find advancement, either within the department or in other departments. The lack of opportunities for growth may have to do with the company's non-profit status. Competition is usually intense for open positions above this entry level position.
