Wonderful community of colleagues mixed with constant budget anxiety

Dedicated staff produce highly innovative and engaging public experiences and work together well.

Cons

Internal staff communication often delayed and unclear. Employee recognition can be very infrequent and biased toward favoritism. The budget rollercoaster each year leaves a constant undercurrent of anxiety for the future.
