Terrible company for engineer

Nice office view. Good location.

Cons

Although it has been acquired by IBM, Explorys still run as a startup company. The company atmosphere is nothing about engineering-driven. Engineer is not respected at all. You might be hired to do project A but later are assigned to a different project. Management team don't know how to train and utilize talents and keep losing them to other companies. It is not a real tech company. Anyway, it is not a traditional IBM company.

Blood money, they pay a lot as their retention strategy

Cons

IBM Watson Health leaders could care less about the employees. Founders are still involved but completely stopped caring about the employees.

So many brilliant minds. Diverse. Collaborative.

Cons

The execution of innovative ideas and tools are epicly flawed. I didn't do a single thing I was hired for. Instead, I was constantly fire fighting.
