Employees are overworked due to the need for further process improvement and are expected to work on weekends because there is not enough time in the week to complete tasks. They say that you own your development thinking that will motivate people to be proactive. But when there is so much turnover you cannot have a team or managers that you can learn from. Some of the people who work in management are very rude and do not know how to manage or give constructive feedback. If you want to learn something new do not expect someone to make time for you. They say they are open to different types of people and are inclusive but they only like one type of personality. You feel you have to fit into a box at this company. The changes towards a positive work environment, inclusion, and hybrid working are untrue.
