It is a decent, fast-paced environment to work in with a staff that is helpful and friendly.

-Staff is overall friendly and helpful with learning -Discount is combine-able with some store promos which is nice -Managers are laid back most of the time

Cons

-Wage is near minimum especially compared to Express' competitors for entry-level -Managers sometimes make you feel like a number -Hours are pathetic for seasonal or new associates, for some weeks hours are very poor

very flexible schedule great co workers lenient rules understanding supervisors employee discount good if you're into fashion

Cons

pay sucked pushed to sell credit cards closing shifts were a nightmare could be boring at times typical retail woes

-People are really nice -Fast paced -Get to do different jobs

Cons

-Sometime you are needed & expected to do more that 2 or 3 things at once. -Sometimes we are short handed which leads to headaches -Managers getting frustrated with us when we cant get a credit card. We cant force anyone to get a credit card. Its not our fault.
