Pros

Definitely keeps you busy, very little time wasted doing nothing. Great environment, and awesome co workers. They really do train you very well and want you to succeed at your job. It isn't commission based but they do challenge you to reach goals every segment which is good, it helps you work harder.

Cons

Long time standing and doing similar tasks for a while. Not the fastest computer checkout system which can lead to some delays at the register. If you are busy there isn't a lot of time to figure things out for yourself, you just have to wing it or have someone else do it. It can be kind of challenging to learn new things since there isn't very much off the clock time to work on things in the store.

They call you on days off, asking you to come in to work, very intrusive Expectations are outlandish and impossible to meet Pay is very low for the amount of work Management is on the shady side

Pros

45% percent about once a month for a weekend. great team motivated flexible schedules communication is awesome! managers are nice, fair, and communicate. lets face it, express hires great people. they pick there employees well.

Cons

PAY- way low. express runs there company like a high end store, yet you do not get the pay for it. credit cards, company pushes them wayyyy to much!! but atleast at my store, if you didn't open the amount of credit cards you were suppose to but you tried and store met its goal, they would leave you alone about them.
