      Great changes have been made all over the organization to promote growth. With change comes growing pains but if you can stick it out I think there is success ahead

      If you aren’t open to change this might not be the right place

      Pros

      Well, if there's one silver lining, it's that every now and then we're bribed with some free food. But apart from that, it's slim pickings around these parts in terms of professionalism.

      Express is growing not only revenue wise but its culture for its people is cultivating successes too.

      Cons

      Creating a culture of change can be difficult for some. But the work done for planning and implement change has been well done.
