Only way to move up is when others leave Only move to corporate if moving to Ohio Your career is hugely based off of your store manager When you commit yourself to a company for 5 year and you are management you should not make less than 10hr no one can live off of that

You get to dress pretty snazzy. Worked with my school schedule.

Cons

EXTREMELY anal about how the clothes were folded. I'm talking weirdly anal! I would spend 2 hours folding one section. Closing took waaaay longer than average. The mall would close at 9pm, I wouldn't leave til 11:45pm. I'm by no means lazy, I just feel that the company loses A LOT of money by wasting it on silly things. They discouraged building relationships with customers. If you spent more than 5 minutes on one customer, you're doing something wrong. They care more about conversion, which is good, but I remember trying to sell an overpriced suit to a guy and they pretty much pushed me onto some woman who didn't even buy the 3 tanks she tried on.
