Pros

Great fun fashion!! Always up to date and very reasonal pricing, usually friendly!! This is a great first job or seasonal employment. The company sends great informational support to suceed and they really believe in what they stand for. They believe in excellence through attenntion to customer service and merchandise.

Cons

They started a new payroll system a year or two ago it really shows!! Managers are overworked and things are getting sloppy. They also don't compensate as well anymore and it shows big time!!!!!. Most new managers are underqualified and the good ones leave for better opportunites not what I would expect from a quality company!!!!

Pros

dual gender clothing that is hip and trendy but offering wear to work styles as well, great female accessories, discounts and incentives make owning the clothes easier

Cons

not easy to get ahead unless in my opinion you are one of the golden children of the DM or RM. Many higher mgrs (DMs) I feel are threatened by powerful personalities who are recognized positively by customer base consistently. Instead of praise I was met by what i feel was suspicion

Pros

I built an awesome personal selection of the clothes, and occasionally employees get good discounts. During holiday they give good discounts.

Cons

They do not even care if a family member has died, they just want you to show up and open credit cards. They are nit picky about what you wear and insist you wear the current seasons clothes with your own money.
