Pros

The associate discount was pretty nice at Express. It was nice being able to stock up on your wardrobe for not bad prices. Having access to the newest styles was cool too. Some customers were good to work with. Good retail experience.

Cons

-The management--definitely played favorites and promoted people they liked, and not necessarily based on performance or seniority. Hours were focused too much on credit cards. Too much gossip between management and employees. Managers would gossip about other employees and customers--very inappropriate and unprofessional.

- Avg. pay for seasonal part-time - Too much pressure to sell credit - Not enough schedule flexibility
