      It's a good place to work while going to school

      Pros

      Express is a good place to work if you are in college or high school. For the most part they tend to be pretty understanding of school schedules and help you work around them.

      Cons

      The downside of working at Express would be the low pay, but that is pretty standard for a sales associate position

      Pros

      The salary was good however with the turn in the economy I would not be receiving the same salary today.

      Cons

      Express has created a culture where the only thing that matters is if your KPI goals have been met. They are not concerned with how you achieve those numbers and will turn their head to actions and behaviors that are questionable. Express values upbeat people who are attractive and willing to sacrifice any shred of a personal life to further the companies goals. The discount is good but you are expected to purchase clothing to meet your sales goal.
