Pros

Great benefits, and comparable pay compared to other specialty retailers, especially for managers. The pay for part time associates is horrible.

Cons

No work life balance if you want to move to a high traffic store. The DM's are rarely at any store that is not their top volume store, which is to be expected. But I think they should consider visiting their stores more than once a quarter for reviews.

Discounts on clothing and occasionaly big discounts. Some sales training that was helpful for other jobs

Cons

Work schedule that ranged with starting times of 4:00AM to 8:00PM. Lack of recognition for sales efforts including managers taking credit for tetting cutomers to apply for credit cards

Very well compensated challenged daily re educated in buosness as it evolves hard work is aprieciated inspired by executive leadership to be better.

Cons

Work life balance politics of retention and established employees. Lack of sleep. Having to be too flexible with ones personal affairs to accomadate buisness
