Pros

It was fun getting a great discount and wearing the great clothes. We would have monthly meetings and they would give otu awards for all the associates.

Cons

We were pushed extremely hard to sell the credit cards. No matter how pushy it seems we have to sell as many credit cards as possible. That is how you get hours, otherwise it's hard to get lots of hours.

Improve your customer service skills, become passionate towards fashion, enthusiastic management. Very flexible with your schedule, they understand you cannot work as much during school period.

Cons

The pay is lower than expected, hours get cut a lot during slow times in the year. From 25-30 hours a week to 10-15 hours.
