Pros
Good benefits, good for your resume if you can withstand the chaos for a few years, can get a good salary if you are smart about negotiating your offer
Cons
Remove head counts when people resign and expect other people to absorb the workload. Takes months-year to fill even assistant level positions in production. Team members in both NY office and Columbus creating a headache of travel, disconnect, unequal workload balance and no support from your manager when you need them. Difficult to be promoted. Need to perform at the next level 2 years before promotion, and low raise when you are promoted. Everyone including designers have to cater to merchant's every request. Old building.
