* visual floorset's are NOT realistic *Be prepared to work 10-13 hour days to complete tasking without the proper allocated hours * You will be asked to help out every other store but rarely will your store get the help it needs * They promote complete micromanagement! The culture at Express does not support a positive work environment. There is constant stress and you will never leave on time. * Be prepared to work until midnight to recover this store because they will not give the proper hours and staffing. * They treat you like a number and do NOT care about people. * Cut throat environment with CONSTANT changes to the rules * Removed co manager positions immediately with NO awareness cutting benefits that day..there is no job security.
