Low pay for part-time employees. Quality of management and training, is not consistent. Poor quality of life. Culture of the Company is not consistent and effects morale.

Despite the clothes being kinda pricey, many employees start at bare minimum wage. There is no commission. Associates will not be given many hours unless it is holiday season. If business is slow for an hour, management will cut shifts, which leads to understaffing later in the day or week. Unrealistic sales goals. No compensation for hard work other than a pat on the back if management likes you.
