      Pros

      Minimal pros. Some people are really great but trapped in an awful environment and loose themselves.

      Cons

      Leadership within HR department is truly the worst. Awful culture. Place no value on “best place to work” award that has been given to the company. It’s a lie. Would never recommend this place to anyone. The benefits do not outweigh the cons, nor would they ever. Only work here if you enjoy micromanaging and a long list of tasks and responsibilities without adequate pay. Company is known to overwork their employees and underserve them.

      Pros

      Prior to 2023, Express had a great culture and wonderful benefits. Even post-covid, it seemed like everyone had really come together. I was proud to work there and the environment was inclusive and had some hope for the future.

      Cons

      Express is a different place post bankruptcy, apply at your own risk. The company that bought Express is notorious for running places into the ground and completely changing the landscape for a workplace. Unlikely you'll see any career growth and don't ever think your job is business critical (even if you're told it is).

      Express had great benefits and flexible schedules

      Cons

      Not enough training or career planning. Due to bankruptcy, they just had a mass layoff at the corporate office with no severance for laid off employees.
