      Pros

      I worked at 2 locations and the environment is always super friendly.

      Cons

      Management is poor. You work extremely hard for $8 and change. They keep you after your shift hours on most days. It's the norm with this company. Hires unqualified employees and sometimes managers AND district managers. Limited training on the many tasks that need to be done. I had to teach myself how to do most tasks through trial and error.

      Great Hard Working People who were passionate about Design (NY Design Office Only)

      Cons

      Toxic and Unprofessional treatment of employees behind closed doors. I have never experience such disturbing and dehumanizing treatment in a Design Studio. Growth is promised, but is never actualized. Merchant partners in Columbus have ample growth opportunity, while Designers are lucky to get promoted after 4 years of service.

      none whatsoever, I can't think of one.

      Cons

      The management team is all over the place. No one wants to train. I applied for stock & was under the impression I'd be making $8-9 as advertised, I was doing everything but. The mangers basically make you stalk a person just to make their segment. I wasn't told my rate of pay. No one showed me how to check the schedule, I wasn't told what day we get paid either. Lots of irrelevance is always being discussed in the headset. It was just a horrible experience and a waste of time.
