      Meaningful work in an environment that empowers leaders to grow, make decisions and drive change. Phenomenal collection of talent with diverse backgrounds all passionately focused on serving our patients and clients.

      Opportunity to further differentiate the business in healthcare industry. It is out opportunity to grab and not really a con.

      Overall a good company to work for, but work/life balance is a huge issue.

      Good pay and benefits. Ability to work from home is there for many, but not all departments. Great people in "the trenches" who are dedicated and want to "do the right thing."

      Cons

      Poor work and home life balance. Expected to work most holidays. Often expected to work on paid vacation days off and not compensated for doing so; it is expected.
