      Pros

      After I got home from my deployment, I came home to St. Louis to get my degree. After I graduated, I tried to find a job and Express Scripts was the first to offer me a job. They have paid me well and I've progressed within the company. Whenever I needed time off, I always received time off. Location is very close to my house so my commute is easy.

      Cons

      Just like in the Navy, there are people who probably shouldn't be in leadership positions but, somehow find there way into those positions. This is common in today's America.
