      Solid company from a financial perspective. Job security due to company's standing and amount of position types available.

      Cons

      Company is top heavy and generally only pays managers and above fair or above market value. Pay rates are generally lower than geographic standards for like positions.

      Pros

      I work with a great group of people, I have a lot of latitude to complete my daily tasks and management has an open door policy.

      Cons

      Systems Issues - the platforms we currently use are not nearly as user friendly as the previous generation and systems issues do jot get resolved quickly if at all.
