Pros

There are opportunities to learn from other departments, the overall process of the site. Cross training allows for continued growth in learning and work experience. The benefits are good compared to other companies within the same field.

Cons

The communication between shifts in departments is not ideal. This is allowing for continued progress within the company.

Pros

They have decent pay, most people start out at bulk and prep which is sitting or standing on a stool and shift through pills all day, sometimes for 10 hours at a time. They have decent benefits as well.

Cons

Management changes a lot there, there is little organization, lots of micromanagement. A lot of mandatory over time. Which leaves you having no life.
