      Pros

      Flexible schedules and great supervisors. I started as a data entry tech and left as a lead. There is a good amount of organization and for the most part everyone was helpful to others

      Cons

      A lot of movement because of the Medco merger but even that wasnt a con and I am guessing probably no longer a problem. Promotions do not go to the most deserving and some supervisors play favorites of those that are not deserving.

      Pros

      You could be proud of the quality of the work being done. Excellent processes to ensure quality. Knowledge that you were helping people get their prescriptions filled accurately and in a timely manner.

      Cons

      Constant monitoring of your speed and quality was quite stressful. A large nationwide corporation does not even notice the individuals working for them.

      Met some nice people that are now friends

      Cons

      never enough work to stay a full shift. Pressure to make impossible numbers per hour with no mistakes. Ad always moving you to different departments to learn something new. Watched themhire new groups (20 or 30 at a time) and not certified techs. I spent alot of money to become certified and spent 6 years in retail before being hired with this company. Raises took forever to get and were only pennies. Terrible experience other thn the new friends i made.
