      Pros

      I get to help veterans with there copay reimbursements. I enjoy helping people. Our team is small and efficient. We work very well together to provide the best service possible for our patients and clients.

      Having a daily quota sometimes makes it hard to assist the customers as well as we could

      Pros

      The work itself wasn't very hard.

      Cons

      Learn one thing in training then as soon as you get to the work floor they put you on other task with little to no training at all. They don't hold people accoutable for their mistakes which affect the work load but micro manage time.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the fact that I was helping customers. That my immediate supervisor was willing to listen to my ideas for change.

      Cons

      No communicain between floor staff and management. Not honest with staff. One day everyone reeived an email. Peope were told to go to one of two places. Those that were told to go to one place was informed that they had been laid off effective immediately and that supervisor were packing their desk for them.
