Pros
There are no Pros to this company. I have never worked at a place that was so insecure of providing their core values that every manger and supervisor in the Tampa call center was not even able to uphold.
Cons
This company's work ethics and trust in their employee's were so unreasonable and devaluing to human beings who just wanted to work to make a decent and honest living. Management and Supervisors literally walked around like prison guards and wardens which made it so hard for me to feel comfortable and valued in my position I was hired for.
