      Flexible work hours, very relaxed

      Cons

      Very old technology, too much restrictions on access (to the point where it's nearly impossible to get new software), they also pay employees far less than they should for highly technical work

      There are a lot of areas to improve in the company, which definitely gives me job security. Innovation is encouraged.

      Cons

      Innovation is encouraged, but you’re not given enough time and resources for it. Time is spent too often on “putting out fires”, but it seems like there’s not enough water.
