      Desk job, great if you are in management and can get into the "inner circle", staff employees have a narrow area of responsibilities to focus, technology is available, regular pay, set schedule

      Cons

      staff is treated impersonally, all business decisions are made with no regard to staff and staff needs, it's all about the bottom line - no attempt at staff or customer satisfaction
