Managers,supervisors,leads, micromanaging and work load exceptions. No respect for employees, management Un knowledge of the work being done, management Favoritism training classes are useless and waste of time for the staff.

Management leaves a lot to be desired. There is a buddy buddy system within the company and its universal, not just one specific location. There are advancement opportunities but if you ruffle the feathers of higher ups, you will NEVER be promoted. Raises are laughable, HR needs an internal affairs department for their erroneous behavior. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. No respect for hard working, employees with good work ethics.
