      Pros

      Very fast-moving company, very successful, probably going to stay around for a while. Good benefits and pay (for a while). Senior management are approachable and don't talk down.

      Cons

      Advancement depends on who likes you and can be arbitrary. It'll be very slow compared to job-hopping (like a 10% pay bump max), so pay will lag behind. Some positions have extreme workloads. IT help is terrible... you can be without a computer for days. Hope you don't have work to do.
