      Pros

      Work remote. Flexible hours. Nice teammates and management. Lots of promotion opportunities. Half-day Fridays all summer. Reasonable salary. Not too stressful.

      Cons

      The industry is super politicized and I personally don’t enjoy being a part of that.

      Health benefits are second to none. Decent PTO structure and other incentives.

      Cons

      Upper level management not transparent when attempting to perform salary reviews. HR gives no insight as to why someone receives "x"% raise vs another person.
