      Pros

      The only reason to work here is the pay. They know how bad they are and that they have to pay above market to get anyone to work here.

      Cons

      Poor HR department and policies. Disjointed management guidance. Long work hours with no compensation. Poor promotion opportunities - plan on doing, forever, the job you were hired for.
